Skyrocket Solutions, Inc. (“Skyrocket Solutions,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you access or use DealWave (the “Service”).

1. Scope

This Policy applies to personal information we process when you use the Service, visit our websites, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with us. It does not apply to third‑party websites or services that we do not control.

  • Account data (name, email address, password, company name, role, billing address)
  • Content you submit (files, messages, metadata) when using features of the Service
  • Payment data handled by our payment processor but may include last four digits of credit card, expiration month, and billing postal code

  • Log and usage data (IP address, device information, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, referring URL)
  • Cookie and similar technology data (see Cookie Policy)

c. Information from Third Parties

  • Integrations or single sign‑on providers (e.g., OAuth profile data)

We share information only as described:

  • Service providers and subprocessors that help us operate the Service (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processing)

We do not sell personal information.

We store and process data in the United States and may transfer data internationally. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. We will delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact us to exercise rights.

California residents may request information about our data practices under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and have the right to opt out of the “sale” of personal information (although we do not sell personal information as defined by CCPA).

We employ appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children's Privacy

DealWave is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised Policy with a new “Last Updated” date. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice in the Service.
